Bentonite Clay

Bentonite, also termed Montmorillonite, is one of the most effective and powerful healing clays used to treat both internal and external maladies. Bentonite can be used externally as a clay poultice, mud pack or in the bath and, in skin care recipes. Internally it can be added to water or glazed upon food to help those with sensitive palates.

It can be used as soap, skin conditioner, shampoo, and facial and body mask and it washes like soap and leaves a unique, sweet scent on the skin.

For all skin type. Use once a week for normal/dry skin, twice or more often for oily skin.

For face mask, mix 1:1 with water or floral water or fruit juices or toner or complexion mist.

For bath soak, add desired amount of clay, and thoroughly mix in, soak and enjoy.
